Acceptance

By accessing or using Calldit, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

What Calldit is

Calldit is a free social prediction game for entertainment purposes only. Points exist solely to track scores within a game session.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Calldit. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address to use the app.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• •use the app for any unlawful purpose;
• •post content that is abusive, harassing, or harmful to others;
• •attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the platform;
• •create multiple accounts to manipulate game outcomes; or
• •impersonate another person.

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users.

Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit (display names, game questions, predictions). By submitting content, you grant Calldit a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display that content to other players in your game. Calldit owns all platform code, design, scoring logic, and brand assets.

Third-party services

Calldit uses third-party providers to operate the platform, including database and email services. We are not liable for any outages, data incidents, or actions attributable to those providers.

Disclaimer of warranties

Calldit is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of scores, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calldit and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Calldit and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.

Dispute resolution

If you have a dispute with us, please contact us at feedback@calldit.app before taking any formal action. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve it within 30 days.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time without notice. We may update these Terms periodically — continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Calldit regarding use of the app and supersede any prior communications.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
